Should Cody Rhodes be awarded points for his win on NXT
First Debate of the League - Three Days to Vote

So on Tuesday night's NXT, Cody Rhodes beat MVP in a match that took over 20 minutes (23:58 to be exact) in what sounds like good match. I personally didn't see it, so if anyone did, please add your input.
As we know, Cody Rhodes is owned this week by the Ravishing Teddy Chris, so should Rhodes be awarded the points?
On one side, Rhodes is listed on the Smackdown roster and was available to take in the Locker Room. He's a featured pro on NXT, and fought in a solid match. Recap:
On the other hand, it is NXT and it was decided in the beginning that we were taking only Raw, Smackdown and Impact.
If we determine Rhodes wins, He will be awarded the 20pts. for a win, and 5pts. for his finisher.
If not, then it is like NXT and the match never happened, and we see what he does on Smackdown.
Please draw your own conclusion and vote accordingly.

1. Cody Rhodes defeated MVP in 23:58. MVP worked on the shoulder of Rhodes and scored a nearfall after a suplex and float over into a cover. MVP closelined Cody to the floor. He then slingshot himself into a high cross body on Cody... [C]
Cody was in control coming back from the break. MVP came back though and scored a nearfall with a closeline. Cole and Mathews argued about wrestling websites. Cole said "wrestling dirt sheets" are always wrong.
The match just became back and forth with no extended selling of anything. Many, many nearfalls but none of them were believable. Cody locked in a crossface and the show went to commercial again...
Rhodes hit a huge dropkick coming out of the break for a two count. Cody locked a leg scissors around MVP's head. MVP stood up and hit an electric chair. Two more nearfalls.
Both men fought to the top rope. Cody hit a superplex and MVP was still able to kick out. Cody locked in a modified surfboard into a neckbreaker submission. MVP fought out, hit a closeline, and both men were down.
MVP hit the ballin' elbow. He went for the play of the day, but Cody hit an Alabama slam. Cody then hit Cross Rhodes and scored the clean pinfall victory...

I think NXT pros should be playable. If they're taking time out to do NXT, obviously thats going to take away from their points in Smackdown or Raw. But if you play them right you can possibly get some extra points out of NXT.
But at the same time, If Rhodes does NXT and is a no show on Smackdown, I would still lose points for a no show.
Obviously i'm campaigning pretty hard on this one. Damnit, I have Kofi Kingston and Cody Rhodes. But hey, i feel like its a pretty valid point.

If the scenario arises where a wrestler on someones rostor were to obtain a victory on two seperate shows, then whatever show scored the higher value should count for the week. If Rhodes were to appear on smackdown, shoot a promo, and win a match, then he will have scored more points than the solo victory on nxt.
I think NXT should only count if that wrestler doesn't appear on either raw or smackdown.
